Her er en afskrift af, hvad han siger i klippet:
“Everything, in my mind, is anti-evidence. Whatever it is, this is not medicine. Tt’s not like this is a few degrees off from what’s true and good.
In order to do true medicine, you have to be oriented at least in the right direction. You have to try to preserve and strengthen naturally occurring physiology.
But what this is is orientation in the exact opposite direction where they are destroying and disassembling naturally occurring physiology, so it’s anti-medicine.
And we have to show reliable accurate objective evidence that something is true … that our intentions line up with consequences.
If I do an operation on someone, I have to accurately, reliably show that that person gets better after. And that’s not theoretical.
I had clinic two days ago. Every person who comes into that clinic was better off after than they were before. That is the gold standard. If everybody’s worse off, what would be the point of doing the procedure?
But that’s what’s so crazy is that, what happens in these situations with these transgender interventions, they are worse off after. The risk of suicide goes up. There’s data for that. So it’s anti- evidence.
Their evidence doesn’t show benefit. It shows harm. But then they finagle the evidence in order to show there’s a relative benefit based on confounding variables in bogus studies.
Because like the Mark Twain quote “There’s lies, damn lies, and then statistics.” You can use statistics to support any possible conclusion. You can use statistics to show that gravity is not real, but everyone knows the truth.”
